No matter where your talents lie, join us and discover how we can advance health together.Duke Health Integrated Practice comprises more than 110 primary and specialty outpatient clinics, extending the reach of Duke Health's mission across the state of North Carolina.Job Location: Duke Eye Center at Erwin Rd - 2351 Erwin RdJob Summary: We are seeking a Provider Support Assistant to perform administrative responsibilities in support of one or more physician(s) and/or advanced provider(s). This position will run a high volume division. Experience working in a clinical/medical office setting required. Experience with EPIC/Maestro required.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Manage Patient Phone Calls through the Departments ACD Line.Schedule and Reschedule Patient Appointments.Manage Patient Referrals through the Right Fax System.Submit Schedule Change Requests (SCR) within 45 days of Providers time away from clinic. Reschedule Patients that fall below the 45-day deadline.Coordinate and Process Changes in the QGenda Clinical Scheduling System.Peruse Providers Clinical Schedule for Overbooks and Scheduling Errors.
