As a Senior Software Developer at our thriving company, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and supporting business applications across various domains and technology platforms. From core ERP systems to integration and reporting/analytics tools, you'll contribute to enhancing our technological ecosystem and driving innovation forward.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, integrate, test, and maintain enhancements and features in various applications, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with existing system architecture.
  • Closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and influence solutions, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Technical specifications based on user designs and business requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Application incidents and performance anomalies, providing timely assistance and resolution to user queries and issues.
  • Analyze system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement in collaboration with the infrastructure team.
  • Assist with project management activities as needed, ensuring the successful completion of assigned tasks and project goals.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with a focus on ERP systems, integration, and reporting/analytics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of development experience with ERP systems, integration, and reporting/analytics.
  • Proficiency in multi-paradigm programming languages.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in C#, C++, SQL, webservices, Odata, and in database management software.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, reporting tools, and financial consolidation tools.
  • Familiarity with version control software such as GIT and SVN.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a small IT team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to diverse assignments.
  • Ethical conduct, consistency, and trustworthiness in interactions with coworkers and stakeholders.
  • Strong dedication, energy, and desire to achieve.
  • Rapid acquisition of understanding and absorption of new information.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions.
  • Creativity and innovation in approaching challenges.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP--SAP by Design a plus
  • Experience with OneStream.

Location

This full-time position is based at our Skidaway Island Corporate Headquarters in Savannah, Georgia, with opportunities for flexible working hours, Monday through Friday. Relocation Assistance is available.
