Housekeeper IJob Category: AllRequisition Number: HOUSE006050Location: Target Hospitality- West Texas, Texas, USAJob Title: Housekeeper IReports to: Head HousekeeperLevel: HourlyScope: Responsible for completing all assigned housekeeping duties.Schedule: Ability to work 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off rotation or as per manager's discretion/business needsPrimary Responsibilities:Accountable and responsible for maintaining a safety culture (following all SOP's, JSA's, Policies and Procedures) as set out by Target HospitalityMake beds and clean all aspects of rooms daily. Cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping/moping, cleaning washrooms, closets, windows and mirrorsClean and sanitize washrooms. This is to include and is not limited to sinks, toilets, showers and floorsReplenish items in guest rooms (e.g. facial tissue, toilet paper and body wash)Maintain a clean and well-organized housekeeping cart which is to be equipped with necessary PPEEnsure all chemicals are dispensed, used and stored in compliance with the Target Hospitality HSE program, policies and proceduresAssist in restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the housekeeping areas to include the housekeeping rooms and laundryExceed our guests' needs by providing world-class customer serviceAttend all safety meetings and participate in Target Hospitality emergency response proceduresAdditional duties may be assigned by supervisor or managerPhysical Demands:Stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours or more) with scheduled breaksShort and long-distance walking requiredUse of stairs and step stoolsUse force when pushing/pulling carts that weigh on average 50lbsMust be able to crouch, bend neck, back and torso from waist to floor, and must be able to twist from left to right and right to leftAbility to work in a physically demanding high stress environmentFrequently lift an average weight of 25lbs with a maximum of 50lbs, on occasion where weights may exceed 50lbs, the assistance of another person or a lifting aid is mandatoryFrequently reach below waist, waist to shoulder and above shoulder with frequent neck/back/torso twisting from left to right without restrictionPerform repetitive movements at the wrist including side to side/up or down and multiple grasps of an average of 10lbs with a maximum of 25lbsHandling objects with hands and or fingersOccasional exposure to manual dexterity with the ability to type and use 10-keyWorking Conditions and Environment:Ability to hear and understand verbal instruction as well as other sounds such as safety alarms/signalsAbility to communicate effectively; written and orally in EnglishMust be able to see without impairment for inspection purposes and ability to read small text such as product warning labelsExposure to extreme hot and cold environmentsAbility to work with in a rotational schedule (6 weeks on and 2 weeks off or as per manager's discretion/business needs)Ability to work safely and navigate within small/close quarters and congested areasOccasional exposure to elevated noise and surroundingsCandidate Requisitions:0-1 year housekeeping experience preferably in a remote camp or hotel/hospitality industries or equivalentAbility to communicate effectively; written and orally in EnglishFirst aid certification is preferredWork within a team environmentMust be able to work effectively and efficiently with or without supervisionStrong prioritization and time management skillsAbility and willingness to travel/work long rotations away from homeMust be able to pass a background check and urinalysisMust provide your own transportation to and from the facilityAbility to communicate effectively; written and orally in EnglishEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
