Review monthly P&L statement with store manager and discuss areas of opportunity.Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/AbilitiesRequired:High School DiplomaExcellent interpersonal and leadership skillsMust complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development ProgramAbility to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accuratelyKnowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systemsDesired:O'Reilly store and/or distribution center experienceCompleted O'Reilly management training programAdvanced computer skillsASE CertificationFluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)O'Reilly Auto Parts has a proven track record of growth and stability.
