The Recruiter Trainee Program, for the first 13 weeks of employment, is a comprehensive training program that is designed to develop the fundamental skills of a recruiter: sourcing, screening, selecting and placing. New recruiters learn from an experienced leader and existing team members to ensure they have the knowledge, tools, and resources to be successful. Recruiter Trainees are considered non-exempt employees and compensated at an hourly rate during the training period.Becoming a Recruiter is the first step in a career with Amergis. At the end of your first 13 weeks of employment, you will take on your first promotion into the Recruiter 1 role. From there, your growth opportunities are endless within Amergis.
