Responsibilities include designing and implementing endpoint management strategies, ensuring secure and compliant operations, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and optimizing workflows. The role involves collaborating with IT teams to streamline processes, enhance user experiences, and align endpoint management solutions with business objectives. Required Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and policy configuration. Proficiency in Microsoft Autopilot for device provisioning and lifecycle automation. Strong understanding of device compliance, security policies, and update management. Experience with Windows Modern Management and cloud-based deployment models. Troubleshooting skills for endpoint management and infrastructure challenges. Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and integration with endpoint solutions.
