This position focuses on providing strategic, logistical, administrative, and communication support for engagement programs, events, and strategic projects. The role requires adaptability, collaboration, and a proactive approach to contributing to organizational priorities.ResponsibilitiesContribute to initiatives that enhance client engagement and market visibility, including research, coordination, and communication tasks.Provide strategic and professional support for programs and events, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-up.Assist in gathering insights and maintaining accurate records to support relationship-building activities.Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach and engagement efforts with organizational priorities.Participate in projects aimed at improving awareness and strengthening connections with key stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of engagement initiatives.Act as a resource for sales teams and support subject matter experts.Support the development and execution of a closed-loop feedback mechanism to continuously improve enablement collateral, pricing strategies, and contact mapping/building processes.Exercise independent judgment and discretion in the execution of duties and in making recommendations to leadership.We want all new Associates to succeed in their roles at Ensono. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs.
