Description:

Our client is looking for a technical resource to assist with the deployment/integration of Tanium Threat Response in their environment.

The tech role needs to have experience configuring Threat Response, not just using it for investigations (not looking for a SOC analyst). They don't need to be an expert, will rely on Tanium to provide the expert knowledge on demand.

This person will act as the technical link between SOC/End User Services and the internal team/Tanium technical account team.

Responsibilities will include:

- Technical intake of their problem statements, requests, and escalations to make them ready for team review and prioritization

and assist with driving them to completion

- Drive TR usage maturity in combination with the internal team and Tanium technical account team

- Assist with generating/import/testing/integration/promotion of signals sources, custom yara rules and other IOC’s

- Live Response configurations

- Custom scanning and alerting

- Optimize recorder profiles (optimize retention, noise, performance)

- Optimize Signals to reduce false positives
