Senior Lifecycle Automation Marketing SpecialistTruGreen accepts applications on an ongoing basis. The Senior Lifecycle Automation Marketing Specialist will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing tech stack and ongoing deployments. This role is responsible for managing segmentation logic, overseeing day-to-day email deployment workflows, and ensuring flawless execution of email builds. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, familiarity with marketing automation platforms, email design experience, and a passion for using data to drive meaningful customer experiences.Responsibilities include overseeing the creation, QA, and deployment of email campaigns, managing day-to-day deployment schedules, developing testing plans for personalization, partnering with IT, data, and analytics teams to refine segmentation logic, developing segmentation frameworks, designing, building, and maintaining advanced customer segments, collaborating with internal and external partners, analyzing campaign performance, using data insights to recommend enhancements, and contributing to A/B testing strategies.Competencies include customer focus, effective communication, action orientation, and organization. Education and experience requirements include a bachelor's degree in a marketing, communications, or business field and 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or similar marketing fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, skills, and abilities include self-motivation, excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills, knowledge of customer segmentation, waterfall logic, and CRM systems, familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle automation, organizational skills, detail orientation, understanding of marketing functions and technologies, and project management skills.Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, using hands and arms, speaking and hearing, and close vision abilities. Occasionally required to lift or move up to 25 lbs, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The work environment is low to moderate noise level with minimal adverse conditions.Pay ranges from $65,979.00 to $109,965.00 based on qualifications, experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
