Provides care and services according to Resident Rights and Title 22 and OBRA regulations.Reporting:The Certified Nursing Assistant reports to the Charge Nurse on duty and the Director of Staff Development.Job Duties:Reporting to the assigned station and charge nurse dailyPerforming tasks within C.N.A. scopeProviding resident care efficiently and safelyFollowing facility rules and regulationsCommunicating changes in resident condition promptlyCollaborating with team membersMaintaining positive interactions with residents and staffContinuing education for C.N.A. certificationReporting to work as scheduled and giving proper notice for absencesMaintaining resident rooms at the end of the shiftFollowing dress code and attending meetingsKeeping CPR certification currentFollowing instructions for the walk-to-dine programIntroducing self to residents and explaining proceduresMonitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, charting, and assisting with mealsFollowing resident-specific care plansCompleting any other assigned duties from supervisors.
