Benefits Category: This is an hourly, non-exempt, position. Benefits eligible if working 30 or more hours per week. PTO eligible if working 35 or more hours per week. ESOP benefits upon meeting plan entry requirements.
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available with flexible scheduling. Overnight shifts available (includes every other weekend).
What you will bring to our team:
A DSP must understand the different needs of individuals with disabilities. As a DSP you must have the ability to exercise flexibility and assertiveness, have a positive work ethic, problem solve, and navigate challenging situations effectively. A DSP must also be able to work without direct supervision.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Must not be disqualified by criminal background studies.
- Meet the physical requirements as outlined in this position description and physical assessment form (pushing/pulling, lifting, bending, etc.).
- Able to read and write in English.
- Able to document information electronically.
