We provide both technical sales consulting and support with one goal: Peace of mind.Responsibilities:Responsible for engaging and establishing clients on a daily basis by outbound callsCreate long-term relationships with clients with onsite visits as neededCollaborate with the Senior Sales Director to develop a sale strategy and set aggressive goalsWork with dedicated Sales Support teams to resolve any client service issues, returns, and collectionsHelp design and deliver high-end solutions to your clients with our in-house Advanced Solutions GroupBuild upon a general knowledge of IT software, hardware, and managed services that you pass on to potential clientsEnsure Xerox ITS clients receive a high level of satisfactionBranding Xerox ITS as a top provider of IT SolutionsRequirements:5+ years of experience working at VAR/ResellerHigh School Diploma required; college degree preferredAbility to multitask in a fast-moving environmentDiligent work ethicExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detailEntrepreneurial spiritAbility to maintain a good network with Tier 1 ManufacturersXerox is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.
