As we expand, were looking for a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to bring their expertise and book of business to the tableand grow with us.As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with travel nurses and allied health professionals, matching them with top healthcare opportunities nationwide. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where your proven network and recruiting expertise will be key to success.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & PlacementSource, screen, and place travel nurses and allied health professionalsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidatesClient & Candidate RelationshipsDevelop long-term relationships with healthcare professionalsCollaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver top talentBusiness GrowthLeverage your proven book of business to expand opportunitiesConsistently meet or exceed recruitment and placement goalsOther Duties as AssignedSupport the recruiting team and contribute to overall company successWhat You Need to Succeed:Key Competencies:Strong communication and relationship-building skillsHigh energy, driven, and results-orientedAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with recruiting systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft SuiteQualifications:Minimum of two (2) years of experience in travel nursing or allied healthcare recruiting; Pre-COVID 19 experience highly preferredProven book of business requiredTrack record of meeting or exceeding placement and revenue goalsš¢ Apply TodayTake the next step in your recruiting career with uswhere performance is rewarded, and your success drives our growth.
