About You:

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Intune & Endpoint Administrator. This position will require being onsite M-F during training; opportunity for a hybrid schedule is available after training is completed.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Deploy and manage workstations using Microsoft Intune with a focus on automation to streamline processes;
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune for optimal performance and security;
• Set up user accounts for new hires and manage the termination process for departing employees using automated workflows;
• Develop and implement automation scripts to enhance efficiency in workstation deployment and account management;
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to workstation and user configurations;
• Maintain documentation for configuration management and lifecycles for both workstations and users;
• Participate in the workstation procurement process and maintain an updated asset list;
• Configure automated patching of workstation operating systems and installed applications;
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences;
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices for administration and related technologies;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including deployment, configuration, and management;
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and efficiency in workstation and user account management;
• Strong understanding of IT security best practices and experience in implementing security measures within Intune;
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience;
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are preferred.
