About the role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fiber Network Supervisor to lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of customer fiber-optic telecommunications systems. This role is critical to ensuring high-performance network infrastructure and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and strategic thinking. Responsibilities: Oversee fiber network upgrades, and repairs across customer sites. Manage field and support teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to maintain optimal service levels. Collaborate with network engineers to design and implement scalable fiber solutions. Delegate work orders and assignments effectively to ensure operational efficiency. Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders. Analyze complex situations and make strategic decisions to support business goals. Qualifications: Proven experience in fiber-optic network installation and maintenance. Strong understanding of network infrastructure and performance monitoring tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors. Preferred Skills: Certifications in fiber network technologies or telecommunications. Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
