We're seeking an exceptional Line Maintenance Manager to drive critical improvements in Amazon Air's Central Region, where your strategic insights will directly impact customer delivery experiences.Key job responsibilities:In partnership with the carriers, drive aircraft line maintenance efficiency through data-driven continuous improvement strategiesDevelop performance metrics to optimize line maintenance operationsCultivate strong relationships with air carriers to enhance operational performanceCreate cross-departmental networks to solve complex technical challengesProvide technical expertise in developing future gateway maintenance solutionsMust be able to travel 50% of the time in roleEligibility requirement:Individuals hired into this position will have unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA). For this reason, eligibility for this role will be limited to individuals who pass a security screening, as required by the FAA, DHS, and TSA (as applicable).
