The RN Director Surgical Services will oversee the OR, Endoscopy, Pre/Post, and Sterile Processing. This facility takes exceptional pride and care to ensure that they are providing state of the art and innovative patient care to the surrounding community. 

With an experienced Perioperative team working under them, the Nurse Director Surgical Services will be properly supported to ensure that all the goals and expectations are being met. The Surgical Services Nursing Director will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer to keep them informed and will collaborate with them on unit goals and initiatives. This position will be supported by a Perioperative Nurse Manager, Surgery Nurse Supervisors, Perioperative Nurse Educator, and experienced Surgical Service Staff Nurses.

As the RN Surgical Services Director, you will be accountable for overseeing unit operations, administrative functions, fiscal operations, evaluating staff performance, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, and collaborating with other hospital leaders. The RN Director of Surgery will be an experienced nursing leader in acute care hospital Perioperative specialty.
