Job Description

  • Site Trainers/supervisors are responsible for coordinating daily operations during their shift. This role includes training new staff, holding accountability with employees, managing workflow and optimizing production, documenting daily site activity, and building a positive workplace culture. Shift supervisors engage in routine problem-solving to navigate employees, customer requests, and workload fluctuations.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership training and coaching
  • Manage and improve site profitability
  • Develop and maintain a healthy, motivated workplace culture
  • Distribute tasks and oversee daily workload
  • Provide high quality customer service on a daily basis
  • Prioritize and promote safety
  • Provide training and support to employees
  • Key payroll daily
  • Communicate w/ upper management regarding issues & opportunities
  • Track and monitor warehouse labor logs
  • Hold accountability with workforce, including terminations
  • Collaborate with corporate office
  • Complete administrative tasks including onboarding, payroll, and manage HRIS system
