You will interact with clients at a senior level, drive overall project success, and develop top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.ResponsibilitiesLead implementation of Finance technology solutionsMaintain operational excellence through strategic advisingEngage with clients at a senior level to drive successful outcomesDevelop and lead top-performing, diverse teamsProvide technical proficiency and strategic adviceValidate project outcomes and incorporate client feedbackFoster a collaborative and inclusive team environmentWhat You Must HaveBachelor's Degree, At least 10 years of experienceWhat Sets You ApartMaster of Business Administration in Finance & Technology, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Banking and Insurance, or Data Processing/Analytics/Science preferred, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) preferred, proficiency in finance efficiency and effectiveness, possessing knowledge of core finance cycles, demonstrating familiarity with finance technologies, business intelligence tools experience, developing finance operating models, building client relationships, supervising and coaching teams.
