Warehouse Leadership PASmart Warehousing is seeking experience in Warehouse Leadership (Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor) for our Northampton, PA location. The Warehouse Leader is responsible for the success of a warehouse or assigned area of operations through accurate and safe receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of customer goods. This role leads and develops warehouse teams, ensures operational efficiency, and maintains high service levels.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Drives teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met.Trains staff and monitors their performance, progress, and service levels.Responsible for general administrative duties such as providing timely responses to inquiries, timecard management and submittal, entering productivity, etc.Responsible for hiring, onboarding, daily management, performance management, promotion/demotion, coaching and discipline processes for assigned employees up to and including termination.Identifies key team members that can be cross trained for promotion opportunities.
