General Psychiatrist Provider Services Full-time 1st shift Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Summary Florida Health Care Plans, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO is seeking a full-time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible, Psychiatrist to join our Edgewater Care Center located in Volusia County. Office hours are flexible, outpatient only. Call is light and by telephone only. The Edgewater Care Center offers Behavioral Health, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, Extended Hour Care Center, Primary Care, Wound Care, X-ray, Lab, and Pharmacy all onsite. * Psychiatrist for a busy outpatient behavioral health department specializing in a mix of mental health and substance abuse.* Conducts individual, family, and group therapy.* Team based approach, including full scope of support staff with tenured Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, LCSWs, LMHCs, Crisis Intervention team, Intensive Outreach program, and Addiction Services, with Suboxone Clinic.
