Our team is looking for a Product Manager to take co-ownership on an aggressive performance marketing goal by driving new user acquisition at scale./ppWhat Youll Be Doing:/pulliDrive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Coinbase marketing technology products/liliWork closely with performance marketing team to scale up annual spend efficiently via opening up new marketing channels and increasing performance marketing automation velocity/liliManage budget and return-on-investment in close partnership with finance and marketing/liliLead and align cross-functional partners such as engineering, design, data and marketing to land customer value and revenue impact/liliUnderstand your products strategic and competitive position and deliver results in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals/li/ulpWhat We Look For In You:/pulli3+ years of product management experience, including experience as a PM on a high performing Growth team at a consumer tech company/liliPrevious experience in the Martech / Adtech space at scale ($100+M spend / year)/liliExceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills/liliBachelors degree or equivalent practical experience/liliDeep analytic, prioritization and problem solving skills/liliAn entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment/li/ulpNice to Have:/pulliExperience or passion in crypto/liliStrong interest in influencing the business: revenue generation, business model, and external partnerships/li/ulpPay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
