Apply for our Assistant Chief Financial Officer role todayJob Summary and QualificationsThe Assistant Chief Financial Officer (ACFO) is a critical financial leadership pipeline role that serves as a direct tributary into the hospital Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. This position manages the Financial Accounting and Reporting Department to ensure that it is providing effective and efficient service. What you will do in this role:Demonstrate understanding of application of healthcare finance to impact clinical and financial resultsExecute HCA Healthcare's capital asset management processDemonstrate knowledge of HIM and Case Management/Care Coordination functionsEstablish expertise in productivity, staffing, and schedulingDemonstrate competence in hospital accounting, internal control environment, and compliance requirementsEstablish executive presence (temperament, competencies, and skills across situations)What qualifications you will need:Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or other related area requiredMaster's degree in related field preferredMinimum of three years in finance/accounting or public accounting/audit experienceExperience as a hospital Controller preferredPrevious supervisory experience preferredCPA preferredShape the future of healthcare at Catholic Medical Center.
