Required:

  • Current Michigan Law License
  • 5+ years of complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, insurance coverage questions
  • Experience in state and federal trial courts preferred
  • Any experience handling matters and going to trial in out-of-state courts is a plus
  • Experience managing clients as a first point of contact
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Hybrid work
  • High degree of responsiveness
  • Advanced written communication skills

  • The pay rate will be determined based on the candidate’s industry knowledge and experience.
