As a Principal, Talent Sourcer on our Executive Talent Acquisition team, you'll help us identify and engage VP+ leaders for key roles across the business. Partnering closely with Executive Recruiters and senior stakeholders, you'll bring a strong understanding of the external talent market, turning insights into proactive sourcing strategies that strengthen our leadership pipeline.About the team: We're a focused, high-impact team that supports officer-level (VP+) hiring across the enterprise. Our work helps shape Walmart's leadership pipeline - and contributes to decisions that impact millions of lives.What you'll do...Lead proactive sourcing for VP+ officer roles across the business, managing longlisting, research, and outreachServe as a first point of contact for executive candidates - conducting thoughtful outreach and early assessmentsBuild and maintain pipelines for critical roles and future leadership needs, partnering closely with Talent Management on identifying gaps through succession planningDeliver market insights, talent intelligence, and competitor research that inform executive recruiting strategiesKeep candidate pipelines and activity updated in CRM tools like Avature, ensuring alignment across the teamCollaborate closely with Executive Recruiters, Project Managers and cross-functional partners throughout each searchWhat you'll bring...8+ years of experience sourcing executive or senior leadership talent, ideally within a Fortune 100 company or global executive search firmStrong research and market mapping capabilities, with experience delivering talent insightsThe ability to build credibility and trust with senior leaders and candidates alikeA strategic, analytical mindset with the judgment to manage confidential relationships with careProficiency with sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Avature, and othersExperience using AI-powered tools to enhance sourcing strategies - leveraging automation, talent intelligence, and data to identify, engage, and prioritize executive-level talent more effectivelyAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
