Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Surgical Nurse in Anacortes, WA. As a Surgical Nurse, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing patient care in the operating room, assisting with surgeries, and working closely with the medical team to ensure safe and effective procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining records and monitoring patient recovery.


$15,000 Sign-On Bonus to eligible new employees joining.

Other Compensation: 

  • $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • BSN (or higher) premium - $1.00/hour
  • Certification premium - $1.00/hour
  • Night Differential - $4.75
  • Evening Differential - $3.25
  • Weekend Differential - $4.00 


Qualifications

  • Experience in operating room nursing, medicine, and surgery
  • Ability to provide exceptional patient care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of patient care protocols and safety procedures
  • Current nursing license and certification
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
