Supply Chain CoordinatorThe Supply Chain Coordinator will support the Mission Command Training Program, and you will belong to a collaborative team providing multi-disciplinary support to government and industry. The ideal applicant will support and assist activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process. Provide technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily in Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations. The employee will be primarily responsible for the manual movement, shipping and receiving of materials. This position requires on-site performance of duties in a classified environment in the Fort Leavenworth, Kansas area. An active Secret Security Clearance is required.In this role you will:Account for and maintain records of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) IUID markings and processesStorage, tracking, and issuing inventoriesCoordinates with Property Management for shipping/receiving tooling and equipmentMonitoring receipt of item at receipt and maintains shipment/receiving recordsReports and schedule information for items dispositionedOrdering of needed shipping suppliesKnowledge of Workbooks, procedures, and formsTo be successful in this role, you will have:High School Diploma and 5 years of relevant work experience in shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control and/or material transportation.An active Secret Security Clearance is requiredMust be a US CitizenAbility to obtain special program accessExperience with using an MRP system for storing and issuing inventoryExperience other types of freight moving equipmentPrevious experience with inventory with shelf life and/or out-time controlsAbility to travel up to 10%Additional desired experience and skills:Experience with safely loading and unloading trucksExperienced user of MS Office computer programs to accomplish reports, logs, and briefingsExperience with Government Furnished Equipment and accountabilityCompany OverviewSerco Inc.
