As a visionary leader, you will have the unique opportunity to guide and develop a team of master's trained and licensed Therapists along with psychiatric providers and an administrative team who are all collaboratively working towards the shared goal of delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of therapists, front office staff, and interventional personnel.
Lead clinic decision-making, supervise both clinical and administrative operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage clinic productivity and performance using data-driven strategies.
Uphold compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Support front office/customer service teams and oversee staff onboarding.
Collaborate to improve work environment, reduce clinician burnout, and conduct performance reviews.
Manage a therapy caseload of 8-10 clients weekly, if applicable.
Coordinate day-to-day management of psychiatric professionals in partnership with clinic management.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
An independent clinical license, if applicable.
Experience in outpatient mental health and clinical supervision.
Management experience with data-driven decision-making skills.
Knowledge of mental health regulations, electronic medical records, medical terminology, and pharmacology.
Excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with current psychiatric care standards and trends.
