As the Director / Senior Director of Performance Management, you will lead a bold, systemic reinvention of performance that is rooted in human-centered design, equity, and the evolving realities of modern work in Professional Services. This role sits within our Global Talent Management Center of Expertise (CoE) and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of performance at Slalom. You will be responsible for building the strategy, frameworks, and culture that enable all employees to grow, contribute, and thrive - while ensuring alignment to Slalom's business priorities, inclusive culture, and long-term growth strategy.
