Schedule: Monday- Friday (fully on-site)

The Treasury Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting treasury operations, focusing on cash management, financial reporting, and compliance. This position is integral in optimizing cash flow, managing financial obligations, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate keen analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and adept communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

What you get to do:

• Bank Transactions: Facilitate approvals for wire transfers, ACH transactions, and check signatures. Execute wire and ACH payments accurately and promptly. Manage access to bank accounts and administer user permissions as required. Implement and oversee positive pay systems to mitigate fraudulent activities.
• Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit necessary reports, such as FBAR, in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Assist in managing international banking reports, including currency exchange and intercompany adjustments.
• Debt Administration: Support debt management processes, ensuring alignment with cash flow models. Assist in processing debt-related transactions and maintaining accurate records. Contribute to debt roll forwards and reconciliations.
• Financial Forecasting: Participate in compiling and analyzing financial data, including collections and disbursements. Assist in developing and maintaining cash flow models, tracking collections and disbursements. Support the preparation of financial presentations with relevant data.
• Regional Cash Forecasting: Contribute to updating cash flow projections by translating foreign exchange data and intercompany adjustments. Assist in monitoring budget versus forecast variances for assigned regions. Support the development of financial forecast presentations.
• BAQ Reporting: Manage collections business activity queries (BAQ) within designated systems. Support the collections BAQ process, including updates and modifications.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications such as MBA or CTP are advantageous.
• At least 2 years of experience in treasury management, cash management, or similar financial roles.
• Solid understanding of banking operations, financial reporting, debt management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting. Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
