**Job Summary:**


As a Mid-Level IT Auditor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and improving our IT controls, systems, and processes. You will be responsible for conducting audits to assess the effectiveness of IT controls, identifying potential risks, and recommending enhancements to strengthen our IT governance framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT audit principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- **Audit Planning and Execution:**

- Develop and execute IT audit plans and programs based on risk assessments and audit objectives.

- Perform detailed assessments of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.


- **Risk Assessment and Control Evaluation:**

- Identify and evaluate IT risks and control deficiencies.

- Test and assess the effectiveness of IT controls, including access controls, data integrity, and system security.


- **Reporting and Documentation:**

- Prepare clear and concise audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans.

- Communicate audit results to stakeholders, including management and IT teams, and provide guidance on remediation efforts.


- **Continuous Improvement:**

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT auditing.

- Recommend improvements to audit methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


- **Collaboration and Support:**

- Work closely with internal teams to understand business processes and IT environments.

- Provide support and guidance during external audits and regulatory reviews.



- **Experience:**

- 2-5+ years of experience in IT auditing, information security, or a related field.

- Hands-on experience with audit methodologies, IT controls, and risk management.


- **Certifications:**

- Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are preferred.


- **Skills:**

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in audit tools and techniques, as well as knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
