Sales Event CoordinatorAt Main Event, our Sales Event Coordinators help our Guests plan memorable birthday and event experiences by creating a vision of FUN As an Event Coordinator, you will partner with our Guests to create a tailored and memorable experience based on their needs.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?Understanding all aspects of our event packages and add-onsSelling, scheduling, and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday eventsUtilizing systems and programs to input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow-up tasks related to the businessPartnering with the Sales Manager to exceed budgeted birthday, group, and event sales targets and achieve quarterly sales plansProspecting and cold calling to develop ongoing relationships for new and repeat businessSupporting local store marketing initiatives to drive walk-in and event salesAttending and engaging in weekly sales meetings to share strategic ideas that support the businessPerforming opening, mid-day, or closing office duties; including upholding our cleanliness and safety standardsPOSITION REQUIREMENTSPrior sales experience; food & beverage or retail experience is a plusGuest-focused mindsetTeamwork is a mustRelationship-buildingProficient in software such as Excel, Microsoft Office and CRMCan effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and GuestsAvailability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends and holidaysPERKSAwesome culture that's inclusive, rewarding, and FUN50% off food, beverages, activities, and unlimited gameplayTuition Reimbursement ProgramWe help others growBe part of a New Center Opening TeamOur rewards and recognition program rockBenefits and paid time off (for those who qualify)Our Family Fund helps our Team Members financially in their time of needBecome a Certified TrainerMain Event Entertainment is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
