We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious, and tech-savvy Sales Specialist (m/f/d) with excellent communication skills to drive a growing business in the US West Coast territory.You will be responsible for our entire Biopharma product portfolio. This position provides a great opportunity to work with unique and patented technologies that can make a big impact in modern drug discovery and research.Responsibilities
  • Manage and be responsible for commercial success in given territory for our entire Biopharma product portfolio including our cutting-edge single-cell dispensers, microbioreactors, and centrifugal plate washers.
  • Identify opportunities, generate leads with accounts, and arrange client meetings.
  • Conduct compelling live or remote demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
  • Develop and execute smart concepts to build efficient sales processes together with our product management and field support team.
  • Develop applications with customers and ensure customer success in the context of our target markets.
  • Represent our company at scientific conferences and trade fairs.
  • Work closely with executive management, product management, marketing team, and customer support to drive initiatives and enhance campaigns.

Qualifications
  • University degree in life sciences, biology, or similar field; or Business Administration with relevant experience in life sciences.
  • Experience as Account Manager, Regional Territory Manager, Sales Specialist, or Field Application Scientist for laboratory equipment in life sciences or related field.
  • Technical expertise with lab devices or tech-savvy personality with a hands-on mentality.
  • Exemplary communication and confident negotiation skills.
  • High self-motivation, good planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRMs.
  • Preferred residence in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, or Colorado.
  • Willingness to travel within territory (25%-50%) and occasionally to conferences or German HQ.
