Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective quality assurance program aligned with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Establish and monitor quality metrics, track performance, and report on compliance.
- Maintain and improve quality control systems, including Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Act as the primary contact for customers regarding quality concerns and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

- Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in quality systems, MS Office, and statistical tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
