The Senior Accountant will support the Record to Report team in the Americas Accounting Services Center including reconciliations, journal entries, and month end close with a focus on process development of accounting processes in the Americas region, reporting to the Manager, Accounting who is based in the United States.As a Senior Accountant, You Will:Maintain company journals and ledgers including entering, reviewing, and/or approving financial transactions in company financial systems.Perform reconciliations of company financial data, research variances, and adjust as needed.Develop streamlined accounting processes with a focus on Latin American countries to ensure compliance, completeness, accuracy and appropriate accounting methodology.Assist in developing controls and procedures related to IPO readiness with a focus on developing controls in Latin America.Interprets and analyzes financial reports for organization management.Prepares financial reports for general management use.Assists with special projects as assigned.Performs other duties as assigned.Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization's secure software development goals.Embrace curiosity, passion, authenticity and accountability.
