Rose Linn Vintage Place Assisted Living and Memory Care (RLVP) is hiring a Registered Nurse. Come join our work family and find satisfaction in offering our residents intentional care.

*BASE SALARY:
  • Compensation is flexible and will be determined based on experience. Our highly competitive comprehensive benefits package will be presented/ further discussed during the hiring process.
*QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A current RN License in the state of *Oregon* is a must.
  • Previous experience in LTC is preferred.
*JOB DUTIES:

  • Training and Educating: Maintaining an efficient care team by teaching basic health care skills including medication administration, alert charting, reviewing doctor's orders, reviewing lab test results, managing changes of resident conditions, reviewing incident reports, and all other aspects of resident care.
  • Coordination of quality care: working with the care team, doctors and families to maintain resident's care needs and allaround wellness.
  • Adhering to state regulations: Performs all responsibilities related to RN delegation of nursing tasks. This includes monitoring alert charting and ensuring appropriate employee response to issues and to determine the need for RN assessment.
  • Building relationships: bolstering RLVP community culture alongside nursing staff, office personnel, patients and resident, family members, and all other individuals involved in patient care.
