This role involves working on cutting-edge projects, leveraging large language models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and generative techniques to solve complex business problems.Key Responsibilities:Develop and evaluate LLM-powered solutions such as summarization, classification, extraction and conversational assistantsDesign prompt strategies, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning/adapter approaches where appropriateApply NLP and ML methods: text classification, topic modeling, semantic search, embeddings, clustering, regression/causal inference as neededDevelop Python-based prototypes and evaluation frameworks for LLM and GenAI use casesAdvanced use of object-oriented programming and functional programming patterns for ML workflowsKey Qualifications:3+ years experience in Data Science/ML with demonstrable GenAI/LLM project experienceStrong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn; plus LangChain/LLamaIndex OR direct SDKs like OpenAI/Vertex AI/Hugging Face)Hands-on with embeddings, vector search, RAG, prompt design, and LLM evaluationSolid grounding in statistics & experimentation: hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, power analysis, A/B testing design
