You will retain and grow revenue within assigned accounts and/or territory while building solid relationships within accounts. You will also understand customer needs, provide high-quality consultation, and generate leads.ResponsibilitiesProviding consultative services to legal customers and prospects ensuring maximized use and understanding of LexisNexis productsCollaborating with sales partners on preference, driving strategy, and developing strategic account plansIdentifying and sharing leads and opportunities with sales partners and/or Product SpecialistsConducting competitor research, analyzing findings, and sharing information with Product, Segment and MarketingCommunicating credibly with clients to understand their challenges and provide guidance, education, and consultation to help improvementCollecting feature and function requirements from customers and communicate to appropriate product team membersUtilizing all required processes, tools and systemsRequirementsHave a Juris DoctorateDisplay excellent verbal and written communication skillsHave the ability to build solid relationships internally and externallyHave proven training and/or sales experienceExperience performing simple and complex research assignmentsDisplay impressive organizational skillsBe able to travel up to 50% of the timeWork in a Way That Works for YouWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
