Operating as a medium-sized organization, it offers a professional environment focused on efficiency and project success.Job DescriptionLead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish. Ensure on-site safety, compliance, and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project success. Monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly and effectively. Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts. Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns. Oversee quality control and inspections to meet project standards and client expectations.
