We are seeking skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our clinical team at Casa Bonita Convalescent Hospital.
Job SummaryAs a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care for residents under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings
- Organizing and maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Compassion towards residents and their families
