Your Role: Manufacturing Manager

As a Manufacturing Manager at EIS, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, including distribution, production, maintenance, safety, and quality. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a real impact.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with Safety: Be the driving force behind a safety-first culture, ensuring all health and safety standards are met and maintained to keep our workplace accident-free.
  • Optimize Operations: Regularly assess and optimize machine resources to ensure continuous production with minimal downtime, balancing increased productivity with cost efficiency.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement innovative workflow policies and procedures that enhance efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
  • Set & Achieve Goals: Establish clear productivity goals and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of our operations.
  • Manage & Inspire Your Team: Lead, motivate, and support your team, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to excel. You’ll play a crucial role in fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience Over Education: While a bachelor’s degree in operations management or a related field is preferred, we value your experience just as much. If you have a strong track record in a similar role, we want to hear from you.
  • Leadership & Motivation: 5-10 years of experience in leading and inspiring production teams, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Quality & Efficiency Focus: Experience in managing quality systems and production scheduling processes, with a proven ability to enhance throughput.
  • Safety-First Mindset: A commitment to creating and maintaining a safe work environment, with demonstrated success in improving workplace safety.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP and/or QuickBooks software is a plus.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
