TSS seeks a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Round Rock, TX. team as a Program Management Director. As the Program Management Director in a manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for a range of business-critical tasks. You will oversee and execute strategic programs to enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within the manufacturing domain. This role will involve leading a team of program managers who will work with you to identify and implement improvements across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for identifying emerging trends and opportunities within the manufacturing industry and developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. To be successful in this role, you must be a highly effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You should also have a proven track record in program management, with a deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. •Identify potential risks and issues that may impact program delivery and develop mitigation strategies

•Monitor and assess program risks throughout the project lifecycle, taking proactive measures to mitigate and re

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in engineerin
