Job Description:

As a Senior AI/ML Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI and ML solutions to address complex business challenges and drive innovation across various domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop prototypes, and deploy production-ready AI/ML models and algorithms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of AI and ML solutions, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to gather requirements, define technical architectures, and develop scalable AI/ML pipelines.
  • Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models using libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Spark MLlib.
  • Develop data processing pipelines using tools such as Apache Spark, Apache Beam, or Apache Flink for large-scale data processing and analysis.
  • Implement and optimize deep learning models for computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), recommendation systems, and other AI applications.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data sources, including text, images, audio, and video, to extract insights and patterns using AI/ML techniques.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to deploy AI/ML models into production environments, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, research trends, and best practices in AI and ML, and evaluate their potential applications for our business.
  • Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and promote knowledge sharing within the AI/ML development team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MS or PhD) is a plus.
  • years of experience in AI and ML development, with a focus on designing and implementing production-ready solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
  • Experience with distributed computing platforms and big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Dask.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and neural network frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with AI/ML services and tools offered by these platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and develop effective AI/ML solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with software development best practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and Agile methodologies.
  • Publications, patents, or contributions to open-source projects in the field of AI and ML are a plus.
