We are currently seeking a detail-oriented staff accountant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Process vehicle sales transactions accurately and timely. Prepare and submit all required documents for vehicle registration and titling. Verify that all information is complete and accurate for billing purposes. Coordinate with the sales team, finance department, and customers to ensure smooth transaction processing. Maintain and update billing records and files. Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues promptly. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to vehicle sales as instructed. Provide exceptional customer service to internal colleagues and external customers. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework or degree preferred. Proven work experience in an accounting environment and/or automotive industry. Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to vehicle sales and titling.
