This position is required to work weekends and holidays.Essential DutiesGeneral janitorial duties for Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation office and on-mountain outletsInteract and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski & Resort Corp Service Excellence standardsProvide clean and sanitary restrooms, halls, lobbies and dining areas, scrub and sanitize urinals, toilets, stalls, sinks, walls and mop floors in restroomsVacuum floors, hallways, lobbies, landings, stairways, elevators, and dining areas and mop per scheduleEmpty trash in restrooms and lobbies, shine and clean all chrome and stainless fixturesClean all windows and sills of prints, dust and bugsThis position has security responsibilities and will manage keys or key cards in order to securely unlock and lock the buildings and various venuesCompliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirementsOther duties as assignedRequired QualificationsProfessional cleaning experience, preferredCommunicate both verbally and non-verbally in a positive, guest friendly mannerReport to work timely, dressed, and prepared for your daily assignmentAdhere to all safety policiesInteract and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's Service Excellence standardsEmployment for this job is contingent upon the successful completion of a background checkMust be able to read, write and communicate verbally in the English languageThe base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's total compensation package for employees.
