This is a Direct-Hire, Full Time position based out of Roswell, GA. This position will require you to be fully in-office with occasional site visits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of civil engineering projects, including site development, roadway design, and utility infrastructure.
  • Conduct site assessments, surveys, and inspections to gather necessary data for project planning and design.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Perform calculations and analyses related to storm water management, drainage systems, and erosion control.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, permit applications, and other documentation required for project approvals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Participate in fieldwork, including site visits and construction oversight, as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a preference for candidates with storm water management experience.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • EIT certification preferred; willingness to pursue PE licensure.
