Our client in the East Valley is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support their HR and Recruiting functions on-site. This is a full-time, direct-hire position reporting directly to senior leadership.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Manage recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure talent acquisition.
· Source talent creatively through various channels to support recruitment objectives and develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with our mission.
· Handle employee relations by investigating, resolving, and communicating regarding employee questions, issues, and concerns.
· Ensure compliance in all HR areas.
· Facilitate new hire orientation and associated paperwork.
· Administer benefits and support annual open enrollment.
· Process various HR-related forms and transitions.
· Execute employee development and succession plans while supporting leadership development to drive organizational results through people.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
· Minimum of 7 years of HR Generalist experience, with a preference for candidates who have experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
· Technical expertise in HR with preference given to candidates holding HR certification.
· Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Working knowledge of worker’s compensation and OSHA regulations.
· Demonstrated ability to handle employee issues professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Proven track record of building trust and rapport with teams.
