Top Healthcare Advertising Agency - Director of Project Management


You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project management within the healthcare advertising department on new, growing exciting brands You will lead a team of project managers to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns, from inception to completion, while adhering to strict timelines and budgets. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including creative teams, clients, vendors, to deliver high-quality, compliant advertising materials that effectively promote healthcare products and services.


Core Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful delivery of healthcare advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Oversee the execution of projects, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise to ensure timely completion within budget.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to optimize performance and foster professional growth.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring alignment with individual skills and project requirements.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate training initiatives to enhance project management capabilities within the department.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships to understand their advertising needs and expectations.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions effectively to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, regulatory, and compliance departments, to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve conflicts as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in project management within the healthcare advertising or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
