Capital Project Coordinator Intern - Summer 2025

The Role:
Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a/an Capital Project Coordinator Intern to join our team for the Summer 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 12-14 weeks in duration.
A Capital Project Coordinator Intern will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of capital projects. They are responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to achieve project objectives efficiently and effectively while adhering to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

What You‘ll Do:
* Coordinate project details with project leaders and project team including material procurement and tracking, assisting with project documentation, executing and managing invoicing efforts, coordinating key project milestones, tracking and posting of project deliverables, documenting open action items, and other project support as needed.
* Project Coordination
* Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for capital projects.
* Coordinate project activities and ensure all stakeholders are informed and involved as necessary.
* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
* Prepare regular status reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
* Business Portfolio Process
* Establish a post project review cycle with capital portfolio owners.
* Implement consistent reporting between capital portfolios.
* Identify gaps in training, propose improvements, create training material as required.

What We Seek:
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite tools including intermediate Excel skills
* Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments
* Ability to offer solutions for process improvements
* Ability to accurately track, troubleshoot and problem solve
* Enthusiastic with exceptional organizational skills

Eligibility:

* Must be a currently enrolled student
* Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May or June through mid-August or September
* Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in an internship program
* Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

* Plan to obtain PMP certification
