Job TitleSuccessfully handle and deliver packages on timeSafely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicleFollow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policiesProvide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditionsKeep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locationsCommunicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completedUse smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team membersLoad and unload packages in delivery vehicleSupport the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routesCompany DescriptionPremier Logistics is an Amazon DSP focused on strict adherence to all safety measures, perfect attendance and quality deliveries 100% of the time.QualificationsWe are looking for drivers who are reliable, self-motivated, and ready to work hard. Ideal candidates are energetic and are able to manage their time effectively while focusing on safety in performance of their assigned deliveries.Minimum Job Requirements:Must possess a valid Driver's License (CDL not required)Must be 21 years of age or olderWork AuthorizationWilling to work in all weather conditionsDrivers will typically work 10 hour daysAbility to lift and carry packages (up to 50 pounds)Ability to enter and exit vehicle frequently throughout the dayExcellent communication skills when interacting with customers, coworkers, etc.Excel with reliability and personal time managementDriving: 1 year (preferred)Delivery Driver Experience: 1 year (preferred)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
